١. سياسة الإرجاع:
- إذا وجدت أي مشكلة في المنتج عند استلامه، يجب تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ التسليم.
- الطلبات المقدمة بعد 3 أيام لن يتم قبولها تحت أي ظرف.
٢. سياسة الاسترداد:
- للعملاء الذين دفعوا عبر المعاملات الإلكترونية (البنك/البطاقة):
- سيتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع المستخدمة في الشراء.
- سيتم خصم رسوم الإرجاع (إن وجدت) من مبلغ الاسترداد.
- للعملاء الذين دفعوا عند الاستلام:
- سيتم رد المبلغ إلى محفظة Finelook.
- يمكن استخدام الرصيد الموجود في المحفظة فقط للشراء مستقبلاً من موقعنا.
٣. سياسة الاستبدال:
- المقاسات: إذا كان المقاس غير مناسب، يمكن طلب استبدال مجاني.
- المنتجات التالفة أو ذات الجودة المنخفضة: إذا كانت هناك مشاكل في جودة المنتج، سنقوم باستبداله دون أي تكلفة إضافية.
٤. أخطاء التسليم:
- إذا استلمت منتجاً خاطئاً أو مقاساً غير صحيح، سنقوم باستبداله مجاناً دون أي رسوم شحن أو معالجة إضافية.
رسوم الإرجاع والاستبدال:
الاستبدال: ستُطبق رسوم التوصيل.
الإرجاع: ستُطبق رسوم معالجة الإرجاع.

Return and Refund Policy
