سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد

في Finelook.com، نحن ملتزمون بضمان تجربة تسوق سلسة لعملائنا في المملكة العربية السعودية. يُرجى قراءة سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد الخاصة بنا، والتي تتوافق مع اللوائح السعودية للتجارة الإلكترونية:

١. سياسة الإرجاع:

• إذا وجدت أي مشكلة في المنتج عند استلامه، يجب تقديم طلب الإرجاع خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ التسليم.
• الطلبات المقدمة بعد 3 أيام لن يتم قبولها تحت أي ظرف.

٢. سياسة الاسترداد:

• للعملاء الذين دفعوا عبر المعاملات الإلكترونية (البنك/البطاقة):
• سيتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع المستخدمة في الشراء.
• سيتم خصم رسوم الإرجاع (إن وجدت) من مبلغ الاسترداد.
• للعملاء الذين دفعوا عند الاستلام:
• سيتم رد المبلغ إلى محفظة Finelook.
• يمكن استخدام الرصيد الموجود في المحفظة فقط للشراء مستقبلاً من موقعنا.

٣. سياسة الاستبدال:

• المقاسات: إذا كان المقاس غير مناسب، يمكن طلب استبدال مجاني.
• المنتجات التالفة أو ذات الجودة المنخفضة: إذا كانت هناك مشاكل في جودة المنتج، سنقوم باستبداله دون أي تكلفة إضافية.

٤. أخطاء التسليم:

• إذا استلمت منتجاً خاطئاً أو مقاساً غير صحيح، سنقوم باستبداله مجاناً دون أي رسوم شحن أو معالجة إضافية.

رسوم الإرجاع والاستبدال:

الاستبدال: ستُطبق رسوم التوصيل.
الإرجاع: ستُطبق رسوم معالجة الإرجاع.

Return and Refund Policy

At Finelook.com, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers in Saudi Arabia. Please review our return and refund policy, which complies with Saudi e-commerce regulations:

1. Return Policy:

• If you identify any issue with the product upon receipt, you must initiate a return within 3 days of delivery.
• Returns initiated after 3 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Refund Policy:

• For Online Transactions (Bank/Card Payments):
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
• A return charge (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) Purchases:
• Refunds will be credited to your Finelook Wallet.
• Wallet refunds can only be used for future purchases on our website.

3. Exchange Policy:

• Size Issues: If the size does not fit, you can request for exchange.
• Quality or Defective Products: If the product has quality issues or is defective, we will replace it at no additional cost.

4. Delivery Errors:

• If you receive the wrong product or incorrect size, we will replace it free of charge, with no extra shipping or handling fees.

5. Charges for Returns and Exchanges:

• Exchanges: Delivery charge will be applicable  
• Returns:  Subject to a return processing fee will be applicable
